How fast can we enable protection?

We can enable protection within 24 hours. The exact timing depends on when your ASN gets added to our AS-Set. As soon as our upstreams start accepting your prefixes, we begin actively protecting your network.

Do you mitigate both volumetric and application-layer attacks?

Yes, we filter both volumetric and application-layer attacks, including SYN/ACK floods. We run a stateful firewall with DPDK, which lets us analyse traffic at full line rate and drop malicious packets without affecting normal users.

Can I test the service before a long-term contract?

Yes, you can test our solution before you buy. During the trial you check on your own traffic how the filtering performs, what the latency looks like and how stable the service is. Only then do you decide on a longer contract.

Where are the scrubbing centres located?

Our scrubbing centres are located in Warsaw and Wrocław. We keep expanding our links and network capacity to provide even better attack resilience and the lowest possible latency.

Do I need to redirect my traffic to you?

Yes. For the protection to work we need to announce your prefixes from our network. That way we take the attack on ourselves and clean traffic reaches you. It works best when the traffic is symmetric, meaning it passes through our infrastructure in both directions, and that is the setup we recommend.

Can I connect with you directly?

Yes, you can connect with us in one of the data centres where we are present. A direct cross-connect gives you the lowest latency, full throughput and the most stable service.
